Roger Galatas Interests provides advisory and development services to owners, investors, developers and executive management of real estate ventures with a focus on master planned communities.

Roger Galatas serves as President and CEO and is personally involved in each assignment undertaken by the company. Galatas brings more than 30 years executive experience to the process having had development responsibility for a number of nationally recognized projects including The Woodlands, a 28,000-acre new community near Houston, Texas; Kingwood, a 14,000-acre community also near Houston; Owl Creek Ranch, an upscale second home/resort community near Aspen, Colorado; and Tradition, a 4,600-acre planned community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, in addition to the WindRose golf community and Woodlake, a mixed-use community in Houston; and major resorts on Galveston Island, Texas.

Working directly with clients to formulate, define and clarify the venture or project mission and strategy to create greater value and enhance revenues.

Involvement ranges from site selection and acquisition, to active development or final disposition of mature projects. Engagements include advisory services to executive management on an as needed basis to ongoing involvement as "coach" of an existing development team.

A particular niche that has proved productive is working with owners of large landholdings that are in transition from farming, ranching, timber operations or other uses to a more active development stage. The ultimate objective is to position the landowner for market opportunities while accommodating its environmental goals.
